MOSCOW, April 2. /Offset. TASS Veronica sovetova/. Olympic champion Sochi in the relay biathlete Anton Shipulin will start to prepare for Games in South Korea’s Pyeongchang individually. About TASS said the President of the Russian biathlon Union Alexander Kravtsov.

“The group will be prepared on a separate plan with the same coaching staff and conditions that will satisfy the one and the other side,” – said Kravtsov.

Shipulin is a winner of the Games – 2014 in Sochi in the relay 4×7,5 km, bronze medalist of the Olympics 2010 in Vancouver at the same distance. At the end of the world Cup in Hochfilzen, where the athlete was the winner in the relay and bronze medalist in the mixed relay, to the preparation of the celebration, wanting to prepare for an individual plan remained open.

For the Games in Sochi, the athlete also worked separately from the team .
