The representative of the Fund made a statement on the work of experts in Kiev.

Experts of the International monetary Fund (IMF) has made significant progress in the discussion of legislative initiatives of the Ukrainian government and will continue the discussion. This statement was made February 29, IMF resident representative in Ukraine Jost Longman, reports liga.net.

“A team of IMF experts, who visited Kiev, reached significantly considerable progress in the discussion of legislative initiatives aimed at supporting growth and stability. Discussions will continue in the coming days,” – said in a statement.

A group of IMF experts under the leadership of chief of mission in Ukraine, Ron van Roden began work in Kyiv on February 20.
