The Ministry of culture of Ukraine expelled a Russian actor Fyodor Dobronravov from the list of persons who pose a threat to Ukrainian national security.

According to the updated list of the Ministry of culture dated 14 June, published on the Ministry website in this list there is no Russian actor Dobronravov.

The list of persons who pose a threat to national security is the Ministry of culture of Ukraine on the basis of appeals of the national security Council and defense of Ukraine, security service of Ukraine, the National Council of Ukraine on television and radio.

Currently included in the list of 147 people.

22 Nov 2017, it became known that the SBU has banned Dobronravov entry to Ukraine for three years due to travel to the Crimea.

As reported, on March 27 the District administrative court of Kiev recognized illegal and cancelled the prohibition of the SBU to enter the country Dobronravov, later this decision was confirmed by the court of appeal.

In particular, recognized illegal actions of the SBU for the preparation of information about the presence of grounds for taking the decision to ban entry into Ukraine citizen of the Russian Federation Dobronravov. The corresponding decree the SBU also declared illegal and cancelled.

In addition, the court recognized illegal actions of special services concerning the treatment of the Ministry of culture of Ukraine on introducing Dobronravova in the list of persons who pose a threat to national security, declared unlawful and quashed the order of the Ministry of culture and the order of the State Agency of Ukraine for the movie in terms of annulment of the state certificate for distribution and demonstration of certain films.
