The Ministry of defence of Ukraine is ready to expand cooperation with the defense Agency of Japan, said the head of the defense Ministry of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak.

“We are ready to expand our cooperation in various areas and to intensify inter-Agency cooperation. Japan is a friend of our country and the Ukrainian defense Ministry is ready to cooperate with colleagues from the Ministry of defense of Japan,” – said S. Poltorak following a bilateral meeting with the Ambassador of Japan in Ukraine Shigeki Sumi, informs the press service of the defense Ministry on Thursday.

According to the Minister, there is every opportunity to improve relations, and to call next year “the year the dynamics of improving bilateral relations in the military sphere” .
