Concert Symphony orchestra of the Moscow Conservatory, founded by the people’s artist of the USSR, conductor Gennady Rozhdestvensky, July 3, will give a concert in memory of Maestro in the Grand hall. Gennady Rozhdestvensky died on 16 Jun on 88-m to year of life. Date and place of farewell is discussed with the family of the Maestro.

“We have this day been appointed a concert with a completely different program – holiday, summer. We felt that it was inappropriate. And in a joint decision with the leadership of the Conservatory has changed the program. This will be a concert in memory of Gennady,” said Levin.
