OSCE mission demands from militants “DNR” security guarantees for repairs in the Donetsk filter station.

The OSCE Mission require security guarantees from armed groups “DNR” to conduct repairs on the Donetsk filtering station. About it they wrote on Twitter.

“Avdiivka will soon be left without water. The OSCE is ready to facilitate repairs to filtration plant. The necessary security guarantees from the “DND”, – stated in the message.

As reported, the Red Cross promised to organize transportation for water in Avdiivka for the poor and the sick, if the situation is not stabiliziruemost .
