NOVOSIBIRSK, March 20. /TASS/. A resident of Novosibirsk born in 1953, received a fractured forearm and head injury as a result of gathering ice from a residential building in the city centre. The woman was hospitalized in the casualty Department of the hospital in moderate condition, said TASS in the press-service of the mayoralty of Novosibirsk.

“On March 19 at 14:40 in a Single duty and dispatch service received information about the gathering of ice on the woman at Uritskogo street, 32. The victim was hospitalized in traumatologic office of city clinical hospital №1 with a diagnosis of closed fracture of the left forearm, bruised wounds of the parietal region, the state of moderate severity”, – reported in the city hall.
