MOSCOW, March 26. /TASS/. The Azerbaijani team lost to team Germany with the score 1:4 in the home group C match of the qualifying round of the world championship on football of 2018.

In the hosts goal scored by Dmitry Nazarov (31), the distinguished guests, andré Schürrle (19, 81), Thomas Muller (36) and Mario Gomez (45).

In this match the German team missed the first goal during the qualifying stage. Team leader in the standings of group C, winning all five games (15 points). The Azerbaijani team dropped to fourth place with seven points.

In the next round, the German team on June 10 will hold a home match against San Marino, the Azerbaijanis on the same day will be superorganized.

In the other match of the group With the Czech Republic national team defeated the visiting team of San Marino with the score 6:0. The Czechs took the second place with eight points . The national team of San Marino is last in the standings, losing all five meetings.
