Visual inspection of the vehicle, the customs officials became suspicious about the car of the goods, concealed from customs control. The car was sent to designated place for inspection of vehicles . There in the course of joint customs and border control in the Luggage compartment among the personal belongings were discovered by the German newspaper “Das Reich” 1942-1943″, – noted in press service.

According to article 197 of the Customs code of Ukraine “in the cases provided for by law, on certain goods, restrictions of their movement across the customs border of Ukraine”. In particular, skip you must have an export certificate for cultural property, which the driver did not provide.

Thus the citizen was trying to move through the customs border, goods without permits, thus violating the requirements of the Customs code of Ukraine. On this fact the Protocol on violation of customs rules.
