The leadership of the police and the head of the Odessa regional state administration recognized the work of law enforcement on may 2 in Odessa satisfactory.

First Deputy Minister of internal Affairs of Ukraine Sergey Spring and the head of Odessa regional state administration Maxim Stepanov recognized the work of law enforcement on may 2 in Odessa satisfactory.

During the joint press briefing S. Spring said that no serious violations related to the conduct of commemorative events, the police are not recorded. In total, police during the day were detained 14 people. With respect to the four of them made up a Protocol. One of the detainees identified edged weapons, another two – drugs, on these facts, addressed the questions of beginning of criminal proceedings.

In turn, M. Stepanov thanked the police and other services for the work done.

However, S . Yarovoy noted that law enforcement officers will continue to serve in Odessa in emergency mode until 17 may.
