Poland will increase its assistance for entrepreneurs affected by the epidemic.
The Polish Senate adopted a bill to expand the “anti-Crisis shield.” The senators took about 30 drafting and legislative amendments, including the proposed government, as well as dozens proposed by the senators, reports “Radio Poland”.
Among other things, the Senate adopted amendments to increase assistance to entrepreneurs affected by the epidemic, and the amendments concerning the mandatory tests for employees of health and social care, financed by the Minister of health.
For the adoption of the bill voted 98 senators, 1 against, 1 abstained.
Earlier, the Senate passed without amendment the act on special measures for the implementation of the operational programmes in connection with the emergence COVID-19 in 2020. This law will be sent to the President for signature, and the extended “Crisis shield” will return to the Sejm.
