Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for the first time in 20 years arrived on a visit to Kiev. In the Ukrainian capital Netanyahu met with President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky.
During the meeting the sides agreed to start work on the extension of the agreement on free trade area (FTA) between the two countries in the sphere of services.
“Our total trade turnover exceeded $ 1 billion. I have no doubt that soon this figure will significantly increase with the signing of free trade agreement on goods between Ukraine and Israel, which I hope will soon be ratified by the Israeli side. We also agreed to begin work on the extension of the agreement and the service sector,” said Zelensky.
