The issue of jurisdiction posed by the financial investigation Service (FIS) remained unresolved in the work created under the government of the working group, said the Finance Minister Oleksandr danylyuk following the meeting of the group on Friday.

“… we were not able to agree completely. Now I do not want to delay the process. We made the point: we take out a question on the Prime Minister (and) will continue to move forward,” he said at an economic forum “Economic reforms: agenda 2017, the priorities of the business” in Kyiv on Friday.

The Finance Minister called for the formation of the FIU due to new personnel that need to have to prepare with the involvement of international technical assistance.

A. danyluk said that the establishment of the FIU is priority No. 2 in the current reform work.

According to him, the No. 1 priority is reforming the State fiscal service .

“In the near future we will present the concept of reform of the SFS, which is reviewing our plans and priorities, which will help to make up for lost time,” said the Minister.

He explained that without such reform reform further reform in the taxation will be ineffective.

As reported, Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers in Kiev on Friday said that the government is finalizing a bill on the creation in Ukraine of “intellectual and tolerant” SFR. According to him, the new structure will be created like the National police of Ukraine – reboot in General.

The Prime Minister noted that in the framework of the SFR is planned to create instead of tax police and concerned with economic Affairs divisions of the Ministry of internal Affairs and security Service of Ukraine.

Earlier the Minister of internal Affairs Arsen Avakov criticized the vision of the FIU, the head of the Ministry of Finance. “This is not a vision, it’s sheer confusion and set phrases”, – he told in interview to “the Economic truth” in early March. According to him, three options have been considered the jurisdiction of the FIU: the proposal of the Ministry of Finance under the Finance Ministry, the proposal of the Ministry of internal Affairs – MVD and under the Cabinet.
