The Russian Embassy in Belarus requested information from the Belarusian side in connection with the statement of KGB of Belarus on the arrest of a Russian citizen. This is stated in the official Twitter-account of a diplomatic mission, reports “Belsat”.

“Confirmation of this fact has not yet been received,” – said the Agency.

We are talking about “the citizen of the Russian Federation “K”, who was arrested at (the transfer of a bribe to the Director General of “Beltelecom” https://charter97.org/ru/news/2019/5/4/332912/) Sergei Sivodedov.

As for “representative of the Russian commercial structure “G”, who was detained for a bribe the Deputy Secretary of the security Council of Belarus Andrei Vtyurin, the Embassy stressed that the wording “does not confirm the presence of the Russian citizenship”.

Please also note that in the KGB we are talking about single citizen of the Russian Federation. In the second case, referred to the representative of some Russian commercial entities, which does not confirm the presence of his Russian citizenship.
