MOSCOW, April 4. /TASS/. Russian observers for the last day recorded in Syria 14 violations of the ceasefire, the Turkish side announced on 28 incidents, of which only one was confirmed. This is stated in the Bulletin of the Russian centre of reconciliation of the warring parties in the Syrian Arab Republic.

The cessation of hostilities came into force in Syria on 30 December last year. The guarantors of its implementation are Moscow and Ankara.
“The Russian part of the mission of the joint Russian-Turkish Commission on consideration of questions of violations of the unified agreement for the day were 14 violations in the provinces of Damascus, Lattakia and Hama. The Turkish part of the mission recorded 28 violations in the provinces of Hama, Aleppo, Idlib, Damascus and HOMS,” the statement reads .
Russian experts have established that in one case the fire was on groups banned in Russia as a terrorist organization “Dzhebhat-EN-Nusra” (banned in Russia), the other 27 cases, the Russian side confirmed.
According to the center, during the day the ceasefire was joined by two other settlements in the province of Quneitra and the province of as-Suwayda. “The number of settlements freed from 1 January this year, Syrian government troops from the armed forces of the international terrorist organization “Islamic state” (also banned in Russia – approx. TASS), was increased to 225,” – noted in the Bulletin.
