MOSCOW, March 17. /TASS/. Russian Elena Nikitina won the second place on the season’s final world Cup skeleton, which runs on the Olympic track in South Korea’s Pyeongchang. After two attempts, the athlete showed the result 1 minute i.e. 45.98 seconds.

First place went to Jacqueline Selling from Germany (1.45,68), the third representative Niderlandov Kimberly BOS (1.46,03).

Russian Yulia Kanakia showed the 17th time, Maria Orlova – 18.

Nikitin also set a record in speed acceleration – 4,92 seconds.
