The President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky had a phone conversation with Federal Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel, during which the Ukrainian head of state expressed concern over the non-implementation of agreements to ensure a genuine “complete silence” in the Donbass.

“According to the head of state, following consultations of the Trilateral contact group in Minsk on 16 January, the Ukrainian side will actively work on promotion of additional measures for full and comprehensive ceasefire,” – said in the afternoon, the Office of the President of Ukraine.
