News of Ukraine: Ukrainians traditionally for over 20 years with the Saturday and Sunday, March 25, in connection with the DST needs to set the clock forward an hour.
According to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers, daylight savings time in Ukraine for more than 20 years, is the last Sunday of March.
In 2018, the transfer hours will be held on the night of March 25.
Daylight saving time in Ukraine happens traditionally at the last weekend of the first month of spring in the night from 24 to 25 March, as next weekend separated by different months – March 31 (Saturday) and April 1 (Sunday).
The transfer clock occurs at 3am for an hour forward, therefore, to be aware of the correct time, should advance to set the clock. Fortunately it is Sunday and waking up for work will not work, but have to sleep for an hour less .

Together with Ukraine in the summer will go more than 110 countries, including EU countries. Although the European Parliament in February and called on the Commission to propose the abolition of daylight saving time – there is this question still not solved, as in Ukraine.

According to doctors, the daylight saving time can negatively affect health. In particular, the change of biological rhythms can cause malfunctions in the body. First and foremost, we are talking about cardiovascular disease: increased risk of stroke.
In addition, studies have shown that in the days of daylight saving time by approximately 10% increased risk of death due to accident.
How easy it is to go to the summer: tips
1. Go to bed every day 15 minutes earlier than the day before.
2. Secure environment for sleep: ventilate the room, fall asleep in the silence and darkness, don’t use gadgets before bedtime.
3. The ideal temperature for sleep – not more than 18-20 degrees Celsius.
4. Not stimulate the body before bed strong tea, coffee or alcoholic beverages.
5. Eat dinner no later than 2-3 hours before bedtime.
6. Treat yourself to Hiking in the fresh air.
7. Before the clock prepare your own Breakfast and clothes in the evening to save a bit of time in the morning.
8. Turn on upbeat music in the morning, it gives you the cheerful lift and give a positive energy for the whole working day.
