The Russian oligarch had bribed the President of FIFA.

The U.S. Department of justice published a report on the FBI investigation against Russia’s interference in the US elections of 2016, which also contained details of the report, a former employee of British intelligence Christopher Steele of bribery of FIFA officials in the choice of the host country of the 2018 world Cup, reports “Tribuna”.

In the excerpt of the 430-page report Sky Sports, says:

“In July 2011 Steele introduced the report which outlined how the alleged conversation between the then President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev and Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.

According to the report, Putin acknowledged that the Russian oligarch had bribed the President of FIFA that Russia won the right to host the 2018 world Cup.

In 2012, Steele told the FBI, too with two British officials who possessed information on the alleged Russian attempts to bribe FIFA executives.

The study report Steele testified that he submitted the FBI report in June 2015, in which it was reported that a Kremlin official admitted that the Kremlin had bribed FIFA executives to get the right to host the world Cup 2018″, – the report says.

In 2011, Greece was occupied by Joseph Blatter, although he is not mentioned in the report directly.
