Kiev hopes that the documents in ORDA and nationalization would be irreversible.

The Ukrainian side at the meeting of the Trilateral contact group said that ultimatums ORDA regarding the “nationalization” of enterprises and the recognition of the Russian ruble negatively affect the implementation of the Minsk agreements . “We have declared that ultimatums ORDA regarding the “nationalization” of enterprises operating in the Ukrainian legal field, as well as the recognition of the Russian ruble “single state monetary unit on the territory ORDO” negatively affect the implementation of the Minsk agreements. Any action on the nationalization of enterprises contrary to article 1 of the first Protocol to the European Convention on human rights, 1950″, – she wrote.

According to olifer, as in the work of the subgroups and at the level of the Tripartite liaison group Ukraine “to firmly put the question” that the decision of the Russian Federation on the recognition of passports and other documents issued in ORDO, contrary to the Minsk agreements. The Ukrainian side expressed the hope that the process related documents and nationalization will not be irreversible.

Olifer announced that Ukraine stressed that safety is the first and key component of the whole complex of the Minsk agreements, and without its solution it is impossible to move forward in resolving all outstanding issues.

At the same time, the press Secretary of Leonid Kuchma noted that the Trilateral contact group, supported the initiative of the OSCE SMM on ensuring surveillance over the Donetsk filtering station. This is necessary to ensure safe operation of the station, which is located on the territory controlled by Ukraine, and the resumption of its work in full.

Separately, Ukraine has expressed concern over cases of aggression against the employees of the OSCE SMM that occur in ORDA. We consider such actions unacceptable.
