As noted, at a closed meeting of 15 ambassadors, UN Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres and UN special envoy for Syria, Staffan de Mistura, who will join them on April 22, in the first place will try to overcome deep differences concerning termination of the war in Syria .

Such brainstorming usually takes place annually in upstate new York, and this year the security Council for the first time went to the Swedish Scan.
