In particular, we discuss the decision of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin to simplify the issuing of Russian passports to residents of Donbass.

The meeting began at 15:00 new York time (22.00 CET).

The UN security Council convened at the request of Ukraine.

We will remind, on April 24, Putin signed a decree on simplified obtaining Russian passports to the residents of certain districts of Luhansk and Donetsk regions of Ukraine. He stated that his decision was purely humanitarian.
