TASS, 4 September. The United States will propose to the UN Security Council a draft resolution on tougher sanctions against the DPRK and intend to make it to the vote next Monday, September 11. This was stated on Monday by the U.S. permanent representative to the world organization for Nikki Haley.

“We urge the Security Council to quickly resolve this issue.
