The U.S. state Department intends to work closely with other agencies and with U.S. allies around the world to implement the new national security strategy presented by President Donald trump.

“Whether the threats emanating from rogue States seeking nuclear weapons, terrorists plotting attacks on our country, or malicious attacks seeking to harm and destabilize our critical systems and infrastructure, we must remain vigilant against those who would harm our people and our way of life,” – said in a statement released by the Secretary of state’s Rex Tillerson.

He stressed that “the new national security strategy of President J. trump involves the use of all elements of American power to protect our people, creating new economic opportunities and advance our interests and democratic principles”.

“The Department of state will work closely with other Federal agencies and our allies and partners around the world to implement this strategy,” said Rex W. Tillerson .
