Striker Kazan “AK Bars” Vladimir Tkachev believes that the decision of the National hockey League (NHL) not to release their players to the Olympics in 2018 could affect his negotiations about a possible transfer to one of the clubs in the League. This was told to journalists.

The NHL announced its decision on Monday. Earlier it was reported about the interest in Tkachev number of clubs in the League.

“We need to discuss, be specific. Don’t know, can, and will influence (the decision)”, he said.

Tkachev in the current season he played in all stages of the Eurotour and helped the team become the early winner of the tournament .
