KAZAN, August 5. /TASS/. The first tourist route “Great Volga way” will go in the fall of 2017. This was reported to journalists by the Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on tourism Sergey Ivanov.
“Fall on it (the route “Great Volga way”) first school groups have already going. Kazan – Yoshkar – Ola – Cheboksary or Kazan – Ulyanovsk – Samara; Nizhniy Novgorod – Cheboksary – Kazan or Kirov – Yoshkar-Ola – Kazan – here are the routes already worked out,” he explained, adding that the main task is to understand where and what nuances it is not counted.
According to him, the route I decided to test on the students, as they are easier to organize. For students develop a package of food, reasonable living conditions and a rich excursion program. Each of the four routes for three days and two nights without taking account of the road.
“There is a combined transport – there is a train plus bus, only the train or bus, depending on which region they come . The idea is that each route included three regions, that is, the day in each region. The route is chosen so that regions was near and time was minimal,” – said Sergey Ivanov.
December 1, 2016, the regions of the Volga region signed at the V International cultural forum in St.-Petersburg the agreement on the creation of new tourist route “Great Volga way”. This route consists of 13 republics and regions. In the framework of the project “Great Volga route” created an online platform through which travel will be able to plan both group and individual tourists.
As reported earlier, the Ministry of culture of the Russian Federation, the project covers the most interesting cultural monuments in the region and “promises to be as bright and popular” like other priority national trails office, “Silver necklace of Russia”, “Russian manor” and “Great silk road”. In the route in the Volga Federal district the tourists will visit Nizhny Novgorod, Cheboksary, Kazan, Yoshkar-Ola, Saratov, Perm, Izhevsk, Samara, Penza, Ulyanovsk, Saransk and Cheboksary.
