Two passengers of the cruise liner Diamond Princess, diagnosed with coronavirus, has died, according to NHK, citing government sources.
The dead were citizens of Japan, a man and a woman aged about 80 years. They were evacuated from the ship on 11 and 12 February after positive tests for coronavirus.

On Board the cruise ship were about 3.6 thousand people from 50 countries, including 25 Ukrainians, two of whom contracted the coronavirus.
The ship sailed from the Japanese city of Yokohama on 20 January and returned February 3. After one of the passengers, 25 Jan descended from the vessel in Hong Kong were infected, the ship decided to quarantine.
