UEFA plans to create a pan-European football Hall of fame following the example of other Halls in the continent.

Almost every European country has its own football Hall of fame, but the decision on the establishment of such a continental scale was made only on 1 June in Cardiff during a meeting of the UEFA Executive Committee.

“The decision was made, it remains only to determine the criteria for selection into the Hall of fame of European football, said UEFA President Aleksander Ceferin, founder. — In Europe the great players whose names are worthy to be immortalized”.
