Ukraine continues to negotiate with Iran for the catastrophe of MAU, seeking compensation for the families of the victims and bring the perpetrators to justice.

According to “true European”, as the foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba has responded to media reports about the “Memorandum of understanding”, which Ukraine allegedly offered to sign the Iran.

“Media reports about the Memorandum of Iran is seen as… media reports. The talks continue,” – said Kuleba in his official Twitter account.

According to him, Ukraine is working on getting the “black boxes”.

“The key for us: the establishment of justice, the payment of compensation to the families, are prosecuted in accordance with international law,” added the Minister.

Earlier, the Iranian service of Radio Liberty, Radio Farda reported that Iran offers Ukraine to sign a Memorandum of understanding, which commits Ukraine and the families of the victims of flight shot down over Tehran to abandon its right to further consideration of the case through the courts.

The publication became known that Iran has sent a draft Memorandum of understanding (MOU) to Ukrainian foreign Ministry, according to which Ukraine and the families of the victims must recognize “human error” as the cause of the crash.

Ukrainian plane Boeing-737 of UIA route PS 752 Tehran – Kiev, was shot down shortly after takeoff.

On Board were 167 passengers and 9 crew members, they all died. Among the victims were citizens of 7 countries.
