The Ukrainian side is ready to perform the Minsk agreement and to respect the ceasefire in the Donbass, but will adequately respond in case of threat of life or military seizure of territory, said defense Minister of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak.
“We are ready to fulfill the agreements. But when there is a threat to our positions or military life – we will not remain silent and will take action to prevent the seizure of our territory or the deaths of our military”, – he said at a joint with the Minister of defence of Georgia Levan Izoria briefing on Thursday in Kiev .
