To confront Russia Ukraine needs intelligence for NATO.
Ukraine provided NATO allies its legal position on the case to International court of justice concerning Russia’s violations of international conventions. Comments about this correspondent in Brussels said the Vice-Minister for foreign Affairs of Ukraine Vadim Pristayko the results of the meeting of the Commission Ukraine-NATO on Wednesday in Brussels.
“Today I have informed the allies that Ukraine has done, presented the facts on what developments we expect,” said Pristayko.
He noted that the NATO allies appreciate the openness of the Ukrainian side to informing people about the real state of Affairs in the confrontation of Russian aggression.
“All allies understand that the problem around Ukraine is not a Ukrainian problem. It is not only war with Ukraine. This also applies to their Nations and the Alliance . For most of the allies who think they are protected by the Alliance and nothing else to do, there comes a moment of Epiphany. They need to understand that the Russian issue will not end in Ukraine”, – said the Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
As reported, 6-9 March, the International court of justice held a hearing on the case on the claim of Ukraine against Russia.
Ukraine Hague accuses Russia of violating two international conventions – the International Convention for the suppression of the financing of terrorism and the International Convention on the elimination of all forms of racial discrimination.
The current hearings dedicated to Ukraine filed the request for the indication of provisional measures aimed at preventing continuation of violations by Russia for consideration of the case in fact.
