Viktor Medvedchuk extended the pipe on the Belarusian Neftebitumen plant.

Leshchenko noted that the official documents which confirm that in December last year, was the stance of the SBU that the company, which Medvedchuk wants to hide his pipe controlled from Russia. However, this, according to him, did not prevent the decision controlled by the Poroshenko government officials.
