In the notes, in particular, says that NOC “has signed a contract for the supply of oil to North Korea, and reportedly provided the DPRK, oil products more than $ 1 million.” In addition, NNK is suspected of providing assistance to the North Korean regime to circumvent international sanctions imposed.
