He stressed that Belarus has experienced all sorts of conflict and attempts to overthrow the government. In particular, Lukashenko recalled the street protests of the 1990s and attempts to desecrate the monuments.

According to the President, the last attempt of seizure of power and the coup was in 2010. Then there was the storming of the government House, but to the presidential residence the rebels to come afraid, said the head of state. According to him, to avoid the division of the country and the continuation of the protests has helped the unity of the Belarusian people.

The President added that the most pressing issue for the country today – the economy. He called on everyone to work as it should, to start with, then to demand something from the authorities.

Earlier, the Belarusian leader revealed his attitude toward the newly elected President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.
