The Ilyichevsky city court (the city of the Black sea Odessa region) has satisfied the petition of Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region about the detention of the accused in the case of events on may 2, 2014 in Odessa regarding the events in the Greek area Vladislav Ilnitsky to drive, as well as declaring him wanted.

As the press service of the regional Prosecutor’s office, the case file, the court admitted the answer of the Public border service of Ukraine about the lack of information about the accused official crossing of the state border.

After studying the situation, the court adopted a decision to allocate in separate manufacture and stopping trial proceedings against Vladimir Ilnitsky. Other accused, the investigation will continue.

As reported, Vladimir Ilnitsky emigrated to Russia. “A legal way Vladislav Ilnitsky crossed the border of the Russian Federation. Already safe . Now please do not get the guy, he will rest from their experiences and will tell itself,” – wrote on his page on Facebook former journalist from Odessa, was convicted and served a sentence under article 110 (encroachment on the territorial integrity of Ukraine) of the Criminal code, currently located in Russian Federation Artem Buzila.
