Assistant to the President of the United States on issues of combating terrorism and cyber security Tom Bossert said Friday that the US and Russia have not yet come to a common agreement on cybersecurity. “The partnership involves achieving a point where you believe that your relationship began to trust, and you have come to some General agreement on ideals, objectives and actions. I still do not believe that the United States and Russia have reached this point in the realm of cyberspace. And while we do not, we may not be talking about the partnership [in cybersecurity],” said he.
