MOSCOW, 2 may. /TASS/. Yuri Semin has established a record by quantity of the won Cup of Russia on football as a head coach, he has won the trophy five times.

On Tuesday Moscow “the locomotive”, headed by 69-year-old technician, was defeated in the final of the Cup of Ekaterinburg “Ural” (2:0).

All the trophies Semin won at the head of the railway workers – in the seasons 1995/96, 1996/97, 1999/00 and 2000/01. Once an expert has brought the team to the finals of the Russian Cup (1997/98) and the USSR Cup (1989/90). Another trophy Semin won with Lokomotiv as a President of the club in the 2006-07 season. Thus, the expert had no direct relationship to the team’s victory in the Russian Cup season 2014/15, as well as two victories in the Cup of the USSR (1936 and 1957).

Four times the Cup of Russia was won by Valery Gazzaev led CSKA (2001/02, 2004/05, 2005/06, 2007/08) .
