The President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky has appointed Nikolay Kuleshov head of the Department of counterintelligence protection of state interests in the sphere of information security of security Service of Ukraine.

“To appoint Kuleshov Nikolai Valerievich head of Department of counterintelligence protection of state interests in the sphere of information security of security Service of Ukraine”, – stated in the decree No. 590/2019 of 9 August.

Kuleshov, born in 1973 Colonel of the SBU. Division of special services since 1995. Since 2014 – first Deputy head of the Department of counterintelligence protection of state interests in the field of information security SBU.
