The President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky his decrees on Friday fired three Deputy heads of the security Service of Ukraine, including the first Deputy head Vladislav bukhareva Service, appointed Deputy head of the Service Vladimir Gorbenko and increasing to the first Deputy head of the special services Dmitry Neskromnoe.
“Release bukhareva Vladislav Viktorovich from the post of the first Deputy head of the security Service of Ukraine – head of chief Directorate for combating corruption and organized crime of the Central Department of the security Service of Ukraine”, – stated in the decree No. 823/2019 of 8 November, published on the website of the President on Friday.
Simultaneously, the decree also promulgated decrees No. 826/2019 and No. 827/2019, according to which Zelensky was fired from his post of Deputy head of the SBU Dmitry Neskromnoe and appointed him to the vacant post of first Deputy head of the security services.
“Neskromnoe appoint of Dmitry Medvedev, first Deputy head of the security Service of Ukraine head of the Main Directorate for combating corruption and organized crime of the Central Department of the security Service of Ukraine”, – stated in the text of the decree.
In addition, the President decrees №№824/2019 and 825/2019 dismissed Deputy head of the security service of Ukraine Vadim Poyarkova and Anatoly Duplica respectively.
The same decree No. 828/2019 Zelensky was appointed Deputy head of SBU Vladimir Gorbenko.
